End Users may receive a 10% conference and training discount for having active SAM maintenance coverage on their production license. If three or more people are attending from the same company, a further $100 conference discount is applied beginning with the third attendee.

The registration fee includes admittance to all technical sessions, Monday evening’s welcome reception (heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks), Tuesday evening’s Nuclear Museum event (food and drinks), breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch Tuesday, and many coffee breaks with delicious snacks.
The training classes on Thursday and Friday require additional registration(s) and fee(s).
The guest fee includes the Monday evening Welcome Reception and the Tuesday evening event and dinner.

This is an open forum designed for and by the end-users. BASIS seeks input from the end-user attendees regarding their issues and concerns to ensure the time is beneficial and focused. This is a free session that all end-users should attend. Partners and resellers are welcome to attend with their end-users and should indicate their intention to attend on the registration form.
BASIS has designed several new technical courses to provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to become productive using the latest BASIS products. Training courses are offered Thursday and Friday, June 6 – 7, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and includes breakfast and lunch each day.

Yes, you can register for training provided there is still space available. Check with your Account Manager or the TechCon Coordinator.
No, there will be no exhibitor booths. We instead provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) Zones where you can talk directly with the BASIS engineers who develop the technology that powers your applications.
A limited number of discounted rooms are available at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown to all conference attendees. Attendees are responsible for making and paying for their reservations directly with the hotel through May 7, 2024, and for incidentals and additional charges for triple or quad occupancy. Reservations can be made here for the discounted TechCon rate of $159/single/double occupancy plus taxes and fees, per night.
Sooner is better to avoid our conference allocation from being fully consumed; however be aware that the conference rate is not guaranteed beyond May 7.
BASIS will issue a full refund to attendees who cancel in writing on or before May 20th. BASIS will not refund any fees for cancellation notices received after that date.
TechCon 2024 check-in runs Monday, June 3 from 9.00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Free high-speed internet is included with your hotel room.
Parking is complimentary for guests attending TechCon and training. There is an electric car charging station available should you need one (additional fees apply).
For the conference, dress in business casual. Albuquerque in early June averages 92 degrees for the high and 61 degrees for the low.
