Causes of “unknown fileset errors” during installation of a Windows product
Description:
1. Bad Media–if installing from diskettes, the media could be bad. Try copying diskettes to hard drive and try again.
2. Is the error referencing a specific file? We have seen this occur when updates are downloaded from the Web Site and full installation is attempted. (The utility set is not part of the update for 1.05. 11/06/97)
3. If this was downloaded from Web site in the multiple file format verify that both files were extracted. If possible, try downloading the single file format, and try again.
