Problem with the lockfile mode under Unix

Description:

This can be caused by root privileges overriding the lock file function. Make sure that: 

1) No users are logged in as root. 
2) No users are logged in with a user id of 0. 
3) The BBx executable does not have the “sticky bit” set (i.e., other execute is not S). 

Further information regarding the “sticky bit” can be found by doing a ‘man chmod’.
