There are 2 ways you can do this. 

Method 1: 
If you are going to be doing this often, then you probably want a batch file under DOS or a UNIX Script file. You would need to allow for 2 parameters ASCII-FILE-IN and PROGRAM-FILE-OUT. 

Method 2: 
The easier way to do it without writing a batch file or script is to use standard in < and standard out >. For example: 

pro5cpl < myasciifile > mynewpgm.bbx
