Description:

An Error 60 accompanied by a TCB(10)=-1 may occur on an OPEN of a file. This usually occurs on a multiuser product, or on a Novell product when the file being accessed resides on a local drive. 

Resolution:

To resolve the error, ensure that SHARE is loaded on the workstation.
