Printing SQLTABLES(sqlchan) does not return any table names for data sources listed in the SQL.INI file

Description:

Printing SQLTABLES(sqlchan) may return an empty string if the environmental variable TMP points to a drive that is DSKSYN’d in the config.bbx. 

This occurs even when the SQL.INI file resides on a drive that isn’t DSKSYN’d. 

Resolution:

1) At the operating system level, check for the TMP= environment variable. Verify that the drive is not being dsksyn’d in the config.bbx. 

or 

2) Remove the TMP environmental variable if it isn’t needed.
