After upgrade a report with greater than 80 columns used to work returns an Error=1

Description:

Reports that are defined to print greater than 80 cols give an error 1. 

This worked fine prior to PRO/5 1.02 and the fix is to add cols=132 to the config.bbx to make them work. 

Resolution:

The default Column value changed from PRO/5 rev 1.01 to rev 1.04 due to the many changes and enhancements added to the entire print routine. 

The default which use to be 132 is now 80. 

Check the values of the FIN(3,1) and FIN(7,1) with a printer alias line that does not have SPCOLS=, CPCOLS= or COLS= set under previous versions and under 1.04
